How do I request a new password?
If you've forgotten your password, requesting a new password is easy.
- Visit ochart.ca.
- Click the Forgot Password link in the password text-box.
- Enter the email address you would like the password reset email sent to.
- Click Submit.
You should receive an email from the system with a one-time use link to reset your password.
If you don't receive the email right away, check your junk mail folder.
How do I log into OCHART?
Logging into OCHART is simple!
- Visit http://ochart.perceptibleinc.com/user/login.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click the Login button.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your Dashboard, where you can access everything that your user role and permissions allow.
