Upon logging into OCHART, you will be directed to your dashboard. The dashboard will only display the items you have permission to view.
At the top of the page, you will see the OCHART main navigation. Depending on your role and permissions, you may see less or more menu items. The menu items are listed below.
Organization Name: This will display the agency/program that you are logged into. If you belong to multiple agencies, you will be able to click this name to open a dropdown and change/login to different agencies.
Dashboard: The dashboard is your homepage. The dashboard will only display the items you have permission to view. Clicking Dashboard will bring you back to this page if you've navigated to a different page.
Staff: Clicking Staff will take you to a full list of staff at the agency/program you are logged into.
Tracking Tool: Clicking Tracking Tool will take you to a page where you can submit tracking tools and view/edit your previous tracking tool submissions.
Reports: Clicking Reports will take you to a page where you can enter the information for report sections, view the current report and view previous reports.
Support: Clicking Support will take you to the support page, which contains resources and FAQs related to using OCHART.
Settings: Clicking Settings will open a dropdown menu, which contains links to view/edit your profile and logout. Managers and Executive Directors will also see a link to view/edit the agency/program profile.
Messages: Clicking Messages will take you to the internal messaging system. You'll be able to view and send messages to your agency's staff from this page.
