If you've forgotten your password, requesting a new password is easy.
- Visit ochart.ca.
- Click the Forgot Password link in the password text-box.
- Enter the email address you would like the password reset email sent to.
- Click Submit.
You should receive an email from the system with a one-time use link to reset your password.
If you don't receive the email right away, check your junk mail folder.
If you don't receive the email at all, contact your agency's administrator for assistance.
